Jaime is a materials scientist, consultant, and business development professional focused in metallurgy and alloy applications of XRF. He is a seasoned, result-oriented, and data-driven consultant with over a decade's worth of experience combining in-depth knowledge in sales, marketing, and management consulting in the science-based industries. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Materials Engineering. Jaime's expertise include alloys and metallurgy, materials for medical device applications, domestic and international go-to-market strategies, channel distribution development, and mergers and acquisitions.
Julia Kleyman | VP Sales & Marketing | XRF Applications Scientist
Julia is a 20-year veteran of the scientific and analytical instruments industry, with a focus in non-alloy applications of XRF. Julia has lectured in universities and museums in over 20 different countries, taught countless clients about XRF applications and data interpretation, and is a valedictorian graduate to the London X-Ray Group XRF Short Course at the University of Western Ontario. Julia has a special interest in the application of analytical technologies to investigations in art conservation and archeology. Julia is also a licensed educator and a seasoned consultant in lab processes, analytical method/SOP development, regulatory compliance, and teaching/training in the sciences.

A Sales Engineer specializing in material characterization, Laura works closely with customers to identify technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions that support accurate, reliable materials analysis. With a strong understanding of characterization techniques and instrumentation, they bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and real-world application needs. With over 40 years of experience in the XRF, XRD and MicroAnalysis world, partners with research, quality, and production teams to ensure customers gain maximum value from their material.
